My Cafe Muse

I love popping into a cute little cafe and passing a few hours catching up with friends or just on my own reading a book. At some stage, I would love to set up my own cafe in the tradition of the old Parisian cafes that served as a rendezvous point for creative people. I imagine that it would be a hybrid of a curio shop, a craft gallery, a living room and a library. I have been looking for cafe muses on my travels. I found my favourite one yet in Valparaíso in Chile. It was full of vintage finds, such as an old typewriter, a sewing machine and an old rotary phone. They had beautiful things everywhere but the place managed to not look cluttered. They also served the most amazing coffees and delicious food and don’t get annoyed if you take a ridiculous amount of photographs!
